A rare matched pair of limited-edition mini flag prints by legendary Los Angeles street artist SABER, each from a hand-pulled edition of 20. The silver-toned print and the earth-gold-toned print together form a cohesive diptych, both depicting SABER's iconic deconstructed American flag motif layered with expressive gestural mark-making and a bold black dripping figure — hallmarks of his celebrated Tarnished Series.

SABER (b. 1976, Glendale, California) is one of the most recognized names in American graffiti and street art. At 21 he created the world's largest graffiti piece on the concrete bank of the Los Angeles River — nearly the size of a football field, documented even by satellites. Described by the Washington Post as one of "the best and most respected artists" in his field, SABER has exhibited at the Museum of Contemporary Art Los Angeles, the Pasadena Museum of California Art, and galleries worldwide including Opera Gallery New York and Lazarides Gallery London.

His American flag body of work emerged from a pivotal 2010 moment when SABER — who has epilepsy and was uninsured — spray-painted graffiti over an American flag as a healthcare protest. What began as activism evolved into the Tarnished Series: a sustained, nuanced meditation on national identity, freedom, and the raw energy of street culture rendered in printmaking, painting, and mixed media.
